Directional Coaching Client

‘I benefited tremendously from the coaching offered by Belinda. As a foreigner living in the UK, I needed so much support to find my way in a new world. There were so many decisions that needed to be made, so much stress and confusion, and so many unnecessary stories that I used to tell myself, which were feeding into my fears. Belinda is so insightful and warm, and I feel that we developed a very special bond. Besides the professional benefits I gained from this collaboration, I found my inner peace and the hope, that despite the language barriers and different culture that I found myself in, I could still fully connect with the people here and be happy again. She really did help me find my voice and my personal strengths. She helped me gain so much awareness about who I was as a person, what misconceptions, values and needs I had …. and how all of those translated into very specific behaviours, choices that impacted the quality of my life’.

Consultancy Coaching.

The six reflective workshops you have facilitated over this year (2019-2020) have been invaluable. Thank you for your warmth, insight and humor. What sticks out in our mind was the ‘Coaching Beyond Words session’. Many of us were skeptical about this session but what this session unlocked was incredible. I think we all walked away feeling empowered to move forward and there was a lightness in our step, knowing we are equipped for the demands of our job.

Mental-Toughness Coaching Client.

Thank you so much for delivering such an relevant, informative and inspiring session on 'Mental Toughness' for the practice educators on the 2nd April 2019.

At a time of such high caseloads and stressful work environments and the resulting impact of these for social workers and students it was extremely helpful to hear about what Mental Toughness means and the possibilities for ways in which it might be developed and we look forward to hearing more about the results of your research.

Your willingness to share your knowledge and thoughts was in itself indicative of your own approach to learning and supporting others and the session was delivered in an enthusiastic and extremely engaging way!

You really do live what you teach ….
